Thank you for your interest in providing installation and/or service repair on behalf of Mohawk Resources Ltd. for above ground hydraulic lifts.
In order to perform these services, please request a certificate from your insurance agent naming Mohawk Resources Ltd as certificate holder and additional insured for installation services and maintenance.
Minimum acceptable limits are:
- $1,000,000.00 General Liability (including Completed Operations Aggregate)
- $1,000,000.00 Umbrella
- $1,000,000.00 Auto Liability; and,
- Proof of Workman’s Compensation
